Organizational management focuses mainly on the efficient and effective management of available resources to achieve the goals and objectives of an organization. Teamwork, perseverance and effective leadership are the characteristic of a successful organization. In Bukidnon, the concerted effort of the four (4) CENROs, two (2) Protected Areas, PENRO Bukidnon and staff resulted to a successful implementation of the Governments thrust and programs.

The inherent duties and responsibilities as the PENRO in the Province of Bukidnon posed a great challenge on my part being the lady PENRO since Bukidnon is the biggest province in Region 10. Nevertheless, these challenges brought advantage on my part to develop and hone my skills in organizational management.

The commendable efforts of the DENR Bukidnon personnel coupled with the full cooperation of our partners and stakeholders in development are worthy to be applauded.
They have exceeded my expectations in the implementation of Programs, Activities and Projects which brought excellent performance for PENRO Bukidnon.

Allow me also to extend my appreciation to the DENR Region 10 top management, RED Henry A. Adornado, PhD., ARD for Technical Services, Felix S. Mirasol, Jr. and ARD-Management Services, Ma. Theresa J. Allen and other Regional Staff for the unwavering support to PENRO Bukidnon.
